Hes up to sixth today, and that round last Sunday was just sick. I actually pulled against him when he was great, but damn it's more fun when he is contending. And he seems to be getting damn close to winning something.
it is just a much better tournament when he is in the mix. He is fun to watch. I agree with you, I used to pull against him but I watched golf all the time. Since his downfall, I rarely watch it except for the majors.
Whether you like him or not, he is/was good for the game and gave golf a much larger fan base.
but all of the sudden I'm catching myself checking leaderboards on the weekends. I don't like Tiger off the course, but I will definitely be watching golf if he starts winning and competing at a high level again. His years of domination were incredible to watch, and I don't think I realized how much he affected mine, and many others', interest in golf. I hope he starts winning again
