If so you should have access to all of the articles until the merger is complete

I am a former rivals member and this does not work for me. And Michael does not return emails. I am a lifetime member.

Also, the Free Board does not have the posts of the Dawg Pound. And the posts are where most of the good information historically is. So let's not disillusion people that signing up through BDJ is getting people service.

there are like 3 posts on the dawg pound today. There are 100+ on the Locker Room (which will eventually become the premium board once the merger is final).

I bought a "special" and haven't been converted over to the new site. Doesn't matter how many times I have tried...just no response.

No one has been converted to a premium membership on Rivals, as the agreement is a handshake deal. Once Yahoo gets all the legal stuff in order Michael will take your Rivals name (which he told you to sign up with) and convert it to a premium membership equal to that of what your BDJ account was.

How will he match up the 2? Well he'll use the BDJ conversion form that you have assuredly filled out, that DS linked above.

HOW IS THIS FREAKING HARD?

All the stories are open (just have to be reg'd), and all the recruiting info is in the open.

I literally want to know what you would like at this moment? Cause getting all the premium info (stories and messages) by simply registering a user name while the legalities of the merger get worked out, obviously isn't enough.

Some things never change. I had problems with Michael Wardlaw when he published Maroon & White magazine. Paid $30 for a one year subscription, and never got but 3 issues (and two of those were after repeated attempts to reach Michael by phone. He never returned my calls, and the only times I got to talk with him were when I would call at night or on week-ends and his girlfriend would answer the phone and say "sure, he's right here" and give him the phone. He would then make some excuse and ultimately would send me an issue in a manila envelope. As you can imagine, this was very frustrating. So, when he started BDJ, I had no intention of sending him any money, and the only time I was on BDJ was when he offered a free, short time subscription.

Michael Wardlaw IS Kyle Veazey! They're never on the same message board at the same time and they both have a super-secret grudge against MSU and it's fans! Boo-ya. The cat is officially out of the bag.

if the deal is not even really a done deal? Why make everyone jump through all of these hoops only to find out later that Rivals doesn't approve the merger/giveaway/buyout/whatever deal it is? I like MW and the BDJ folks but this has been nothing but a class A circle jerk since day one. You either have it ready for PAYING members to go full bore without a month or more long delay/wait or you keep your mouth shut until everything is final and a done deal!!

started if they would have done the switch and started using Rivals. Everyone would have called it a scam a lot more than they already have because the problems a lot of users have had would have been magnified with it under a tight deadline.

And Rivals is free right now - what more do you want?

I'm half joking but what are we paying for if the whole site is free for everyone? I'm not sure how announcing the merger and having everyone converted over in a week or two is such a difficult thing.

If Rivals/Yahoo hasn't approved anything officially then why announce it 1-2 months early? If they knew it was going to take a couple of months to get it approved then why start moving over to Rivals and keep charging folks for the premium content? THAT, to me, is what may be the scam to some folks.... They provide everything free for an unforeseeable time period and also keep charging folks monthly dues.

By the way, I am not sure there would have been a shitstorm for the merger. This is like the third one for BDJ anyway....it was ESPN, then Infusion, and now Rivals. It seems that Wardlaw and the rest have no idea who they want to work for or be associated with.

I am a lifetime member at BDJ or rivals now. The thing that gets me is that since the buyout I have "twice" had BDJ attempt to collect annual dues from my paypal account. I emailed after the first one then a week later they tried again. I understand they are busy, but damn, if I gotta pay three times I may have to breakdown and join the flock.

I am a member at the scout message board. The info is pretty good, but you don't get the sarcasm that this place is know for. Haven't had a problem to date, other than never receiving my magazine you are supposed to get.

when BDJ changed. This time - they have to go to a completely different system and there was no easy way to do it. It would have been a train wreck if he would have waited until the day of.

As far as the membership problems, I wish I had an answer.

Mw had a great thing going w BDJ. Great platform for the message boards, great articles, etc.
The mb at Rivals suck. Their cust service could not locate my account on either my old bb acct or BDj

This group sounds like they are a typical large corporation where one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.
Calling it now. This merger = mistake

I get the strangest feeling he built the site to sell it when it grew. A lot of sites have been known to do that. Hope I'm wrong

Guys, I need some help. I had a Bulldawg Junction account that I signed up for over this past recruiting season. In March and then in May I asked for it to be cancelled. On May 9th I got this email:

<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif";mso-fareast-font-family:

I will cancel it right now and issue you a refund.

Thanks,

Michael

I've since called Rivals on numerous occasions and they will not help. They have said the "next level of support" will call me back. But, they never do. I call again and get the same run around. At a minimum I just want it cancelled so I stop getting charged but preferably I'd like my money back. Can anyone provide any help? If I get the money back as Michael said he would do I will donate it to the Six Pack.

Thanks!

I can't help you. If it was paypal, I would tell you to change a digit on your credit card number so the auto payment wouldn't go through.

How does MW have enough time to do his radio show most weeks (each week?) but can't reply to emails/questions/threads from his paying customers regarding the services he promised to provide?

are you such an apologist for BDJ and Wardlaw? It seems as though he is dragging *** with his site big time.

All I can say from personal experience- bend over and take it like a man/girl. Wardlaw selling all those lifetime subscriptions (me included) knowing this **** was coming down is indefensivible.
