next year in April with new Football Seating Assignment. There is about 10,000 BC members. Stadium seats 60K+. After high dollar seats, student section, faculty, away team seats won't we still have 30,000 seats for BC to choose from? If that is correct it looks like many season ticket holders are getting ready to get 17ed. I better up my contribution. What have I missed...

Your post doesn't flow well. I take you are concerned that the tickets will be bought by the time the bottom portion of the Bulldog Club gets a chance to choose?
First we are adding 6,000 seats so there are more room for bulldog club members, or the same number of members to buy more seats, so I don't see the issue here.
Second, i signed up my daughter for the bulldog club so in 20+years she would have a good base of points if she wants to get her own seats. I contributed $100 and on day 1 she was 8,117out of 9,432. If I had donated $500 she would jump to 6,310, and $1,000 she would jump to 5,100. Which tells me about 3,000 members of the bulldog club don't contribute crap, don't buy tickets, and have only been in a year or less. In my opinion the bottom third haven't contributed so if any of them get pushed out they have no room to complain.
I heard about the hand selection but was not clear how far down it was going to go. I don't think any BC
member is going to get pushed out. As you said there must be many that have 2 season tickets that don't contribute at all. I would like to possibly upgrade my seat selection, and as you identified, it won't take much to do that.

It's my understanding that while the top 2K will be allowed to pick seats in person, the remaining BC members will be allotted time slots in which to select their seats remotely via a website.
I believe they've done similar for basketball in the past.
