through personal experience that the later in the night it is, the more likely you are to get into trouble at a bar.
I bet there is also a direct correlation with how well known you are and how much trouble comes to find you as it gets later in the evening at a bar.
If the variables of alcohol and women get mixed into theexperiment you are SOL.
Wonder if Bumpus said something nice to somebody's woman that night and then paid for it later in the evening.

he was arrested for being disorderly and wouldn't cooperate. No mention of drunkeness or BAC has been mentioned at all. Sounds like he was just pissed for being cut/hit and he wouldn't calm down.
He was intoxicated. I hate that it happened myself, but you have to be realistic. I know people who were there and I know a cop that was at the Police station when he arrived. Trust me, he was very intoxicated. I hope this goes away and I can understand him being so upset, but he should have calmed down. Chad isn't this kind of person sober. He's a good kid, who made a mistake. We all have made mistakes and learned from them and so will he.
