I agree with everything you say up until the part about being eligible to play 2nd semester. Jackson may take this to court and there may end up being a landmark decision changing how the NCAA works, but due process and appeals will drag this out and Sidney will never play a moment of roundball for us. He'll end up in Europe before January.
