There is a 6 week stretch that's going to be brutal on the financial pocketbook. Once again the state did no favors to Burns or Shelby with this con. Not fair to those teams that have to play them too.

yup starting in september all the way through the end of october those boys have nothing to play for. totally sucks

Basically I see Burns has 5 games this year. 4 to start the year, then some scrimmage games & a huge one to end the year.

We have a scrimmage at South Point on Wednesday August 11 and we will face AC Reynolds in the jamboree at Crest at 6:00 on Friday August 13. Confirmed by Coach Devine. We were supposed to play AC Reynolds in last year’s jamboree.

Barring bad weather, with KM and Crest at home, Burns will do very well at the gate. Hopefully the home crowd will fill the stands vs conference home games.

It was a wise decision to have no one in our conference playing us and Shelby both at home and away the same year.

When was the last TIME THE MIGHTY BULLDOGS had to play a game in KM seems like FOREVER?

It was 2017…because yalls turf wasn’t ready in 2019 so we played at Gardner-Webb. So the varsity Bulldogs will go five years between games at John Gamble Stadium. (Not counting this past February’s scrimmage).
