Once. Fourth Quarter. The free kick after the safety went out of bounds, and MSU got the ball at the 50. On first down, Ducre lost a yard, putting the ball at the MSU 49. On second down, Carroll tried to throw an interception to the rushing defenive end, but he threw it too hard and it hit the ground. On third down, Carroll actually completed a pass for positive yards, setting up a 4th and 1 at the 41. So, they crossed the 50, but only by going backwards to set themselves up.
So, that's my prediction for LSU: MSU will cross the 50 in the wrong direction, and then, maybe, cross it again for positive yards.
