Petey and the boys must not have gotten to the valet in time. He kind of blows Kennedy's story out of the water. But then again...he must have a vendetta against him. V for valet. V for vendetta.

give AK the benefit of the doubt. But after watching the video of the eye witness, I think he may be toast.

I hate that about Chris Warren. He's the best guard in the league, without a doubt.

You had the cab drivers word against Kennedy and entourage words. Now you have a third party witness. Interesting.

He didn't. According to that reporter, the police officer told him that he was the one who told Kennedy to leave the bar. Looks like the Rebs tried to get this covered, but the police officer and the valet are about to torpedo their plans.

versus AK and his boys who have everything in the world to lose...hmm...who to believe? Who to believe?

The next round of Ole Miss spin should be pretty interesting, since this one is #%$*@% all to hell.

as head coach if they point blank lied to Pete Boone about what went down Wednesday night, as would appear to be the case since Boone issued such a strong statement that Kennedy would be completely cleared.

looks like AK may be in trouble. Sucks for him, but I guess you could say it was only a matter of time.

How many times does it have to be said the cabbie hired an attorney the same day of the incident?

He wasn't charged with anything. Why should he hire an attorney unless he's looking to gain?

Seriously, Kennedy may be 100% guilty, but I suspect it's somewhere in the middle.

I personally think AK's story is true, but he may have escalated the situation more than needed.

What about the police officer who told the reporter that he told Kennedy to leave the bar after he had an altercation in the bar and if he didn't leave, he'd be arrested? What does he have to gain?

how can you say his story is true. You have a police officer that had to escort him outside because he caused problems inside. you have a witness that describes the scene just like the taxi driver, but you still say Kennedy is telling the truth.

and they shoot your coaching staffs account full of holes. Face it, the story got outside of what the spin doctors could control. I just don't believe this is going away.

That is the only possible answer. There is no way that AK is guilty. He was leading a prayer group when the evil Osama taunted them and lied to the police to get him arrested.</p>

Kennedy likes to go out and drink. He's always at The Library in Oxford, primarily because I'm sure they give him free drinks.

Anyway, I expected something like getting caught with a couple drunk co-eds (Larry Eustachy-like) or getting a DUI or something like that. I didn't expect an assault, but I knew it was only a matter of time before he got in trouble for something. Like I said before, I had just hoped it would be something mild enough for us to be able to keep him. If it turns out he lied about this deal, then that's not likely going to be the case.

was the punching a cabbie part. Everything else is pretty much a routine occurance with Kennedy.

Do you really think he knew who Andy Kennedy was? I'm sure he wants to get money now that he's aware he's a freakin millionaire. But you're dumber than AK if you think this cab driver has a clue about Andy Kennedy, Ole Miss, college basketball, or even ESPN.

If it don't involve a cricket bat & ball, he's never heard of it.
