You sure? I'm pretty sure he still has the COVID year. Otherwise he probably could've made an NFL practice squad.
He has none. Played in more than 4 games 18 and 19 in juco then again 21 and 22 at State.

2019 - played in 7 games as a JUCO @ Holmes
2020 - redshirted at MSU
2021 - played in 7 games @ MSU
2022 - played in 13 games at MSU
He has played 4 of 5 years. If he had played in 2020, he would have been given a 5th Covid year & would have been eligible in 2022.
A covid year doesnt give you another year. It really just means 2020 doesn’t count against your 5 to play 4.
