This is spot on. Caleb is a killer. He didn’t shoot well but it never impacted the other aspects of the game. He might be the most fast twitch player at 6’11 I have seen. His explosive attack for rebounds, his second jump, his attack to block shots….
It is second to none.
and thank you for bringing this up. Our guys are literally smiling late in games when they fu** up. This is the most unfun team to watch that I can remember.

Wilson is "a DUDE" without a doubt. Even in a bad game for him, he still had 2-3 plays that you just had to go "wow, ok, no stopping that".

Wilson wanted the game more than anyone on our team.

Dude couldn't put the ball in the bucket to save his life. So he became a rebounding machine. Some kids understand the importance/value of rebounding. We don't have many of those on our team.

I really can't put my finger on it as to why I haven't been full in on this team. I want them to play hard and I want them to win but, sometimes I feel like I want it more than the players do. Bottom line, I believe, this team is simply not much fun to watch. It's a boring team even in close games. Unless there is an Exorcism of this group, Gonzaga will beat us bad. Come on Cats!!!

My exact thoughts, Wilson got stronger, and played harder down the stretch, hard to win the race, without horses like Wilson and Stokes. Mark Pope would look like a completely different coach, if had a star like Wilson, one Veesarr, either would make a big difference. My point being, JQ could change this team.

Our lack of rebounding particularly on offense drives me insane. It bothered me last year too, but we had good enough shooting to hide it.
