Actually, the girls pay the club to dance. Not sure if it's a flat rate per night or per dance (it may vary from club to club). I'm going to go out on a limb and say the quality of the girls and the number of potential customers in Vaiden probably isn't enough for either the girls or the owner to make much money. Hence the low rent for a 6,000 sq ft club.
I know where that place is. I'm not into strip clubs, but if I was going to go to one, that would be the last one on Earth I would go to. I'm scared to know what their strippers look like with their clothes on.
Maybe they could turn more of a profit if they sold other things instead of their tits- like auto parts or pancakes.

that in a state of drunken stupidity one night, I visited that place (along with a couple of drunken friends). One of the "dancers" was probably 6 months pregnant. I think we saw the baby crowning. Absolutely disgusting. Even people in Vaiden look down on the place.
