Agreed. If MB/CMS have any self-respect, they would quietly request the bowl committees not to invite UK. First and foremost, we simply don't deserve a post-season game.

The only remotely positive aspect of going to a bowl would be the extra practices, but even that is dubious. After all, we've been practicing all season and getting worse as we go (not counting Charlotte), so with the same staff, etc. why should we expect a better result?
That is the way I see it and I find myself going back to the Eastern game. You will never convince me that Eastern has better players than UK and they made us look terrible. What else could it be, other than poor coaching, that causes us to play so bad?

But we beat them in recruiting. Doesn't that count on the scoreboard?
The idea that we beat them in recruiting is good PR work by Stoops and Barnhart. Check the 2015 rankings linked below. Many fans I talk to are surprised to learn that Louisville's recruiting class was ranked higher last year, because Barnhart justifies the huge raise he gave to Stoops based on claimed recruiting acumen.

I sort of feel like a bowl at this point would seem more like punishment then reward. Making us endure another game like the last several is not exactly Holiday Cheer.

This team doesn't belong back on the football field again until they have been through another spring and fall practice to resolve all the issues they have.

The "ONLY" way that I would accept a bowl bid is if you change cordinators and you want to get extra practice to install a new offense or defense..

*The Cards have five straight wins in this series. With Petrino at Louisville, that streak could extend into double digits.
Too bad we never had a chance to hire a coach like Petrino.

Who in their right minds will fork over any money for those suites next season?

UK is about to finally hit the IU level of football fandom in that people will just completely tune out even when the team might be decent.

Honestly, I've been there the past couple of years. I just got tired of buying in when it looked like we'd finally gotten our stuff together, only to have the wheels fall off like this year and last.

I'm so tired of being disappointed and, if the staff and administration aren't about winning, why should we as fans support them?

It'll take a few good years in a row before I'm ready to trust this program again.

....Jesus, as I read what I just wrote I sound like a chick who went through a bad break up. What the heck have these people done to me?

I'm 28, so I've hardly seen it all.

But for the rival Dirty Birds to spot us 21, and then DOMINATE us in the 2nd half to win by multiple scores. To get next to nothing on offense in the 2nd half...this was the ultimate low point in Kentucky football. And that just wasn't supposed to be the case with Stoops.

The manner in which this team lost yesterday is so demeaning and embarrassing that many fans have lost all hope in the program. Maybe an all-time new low on so many levels. I hate it for the players and recruits. Stoops has to do something drastic or the ship will sink.
