Welcome to the hot bandwagon everyone will jump on. The Bulldogs didn't actually beat anyone last year, but they still finished well and have the potential to be even nastier with eight starters back on offense and seven returning on defense. The line loses OT Derek Sherrod and C J.C. Brignone, but everything else is in place to pound away with RB Vick Ballard to QB Chris Relf ready to become bigger stars. The defense loses end Pernell McPhee and the entire linebacking corps, but the secondary will be outstanding and the tackles have the potential to be excellent

One of the worst Florida teams in a couple of decades, THE worst Michigan team (at least defensively) I can remember, and a Georgia team that was garbage without AJ Green. You beat 3 big programs but 3 pretty bad teams. Not a flame cause Ole Miss didnt beat anyone but just looking at it realistically

Don't be so hard on yourself. Fresno was solid. And to be fair, Jacksonville St. and Vandy had pretty tough squads this year. I know you don't count moral victories, but those were good outings for your guys.

[*]Florida was ranked this year. Not your typical Florida team, but far from a nobody.
[*]You obviously didn't see the last 2 Michigan teams. Also, while their defense did suck, they did have one of the best offenses in the country that we pretty much shut down.
[*]The effect of UGA losing AJ Green early is overrated, but they're a mediocre team anyway. I wouldn't call that a quality win.[/list]

When you get to teams with 4+ losses, it's rare to find one with more than a couple of wins over BCS teams with winning records or with a top 10 win.

Since Michigan is the best it has been in 3yrs, I guess you dont have a very good memory. UF was definatly better than Zooks last team, and those 3 teams were def not bad they all have such rich history's that a good year for some is a downyear for them.

When MSU stomps another mudhole in the worst UM Black Bears team in possibly a decade. That won't do **** for quality wins either.<div>
</div><div>What we need is to schedule 2 Div 1AA teams in a cakewalk OOC schedule to get to the Cotton like UM did right? </div><div>
</div><div>It is absolutely hilarious that any UM fan would even break their lips apart to say that MSU didn't have any quality wins when they play the OOC schedule they have played.</div>

is the fact that you spend time out of your day to come to a State message board and count responses to threads. Shouldn't you be at a klan meeting or some other "ole miss group meeting"? We don't care for Confederate flags nor the playing of Dixie, you arevisiting the wrong place son. Nafoomhas a few threadsdiscussing how men are dicks and some guy is having trouble dealing with women gossipping at work, you should help out your fellow rebel pussies and put in your two cents over there.

So long as you put down the Bears, all is well. Well, that's the idea employed by Bruiser and all the other Bears that post on here. So long as they equalize things, they think they are being objective. Let's not mention the fact that they only won 4 games - Tulane, Fresno State, Kentucky, and UL Lafayette. Let's not mention that the Bears lost to Jacksonville State and a 2 win Vandy team at home. Let's not mention that State won 9 games, including wins against Georgia, Michigan (got the coach fired) and at Florida. Oh no, let's not mention all of that, but rather let's equalize Ole Miss and State. I mean, neither team beat anyone, right?

This is why I despise most of the Bears that post on this board. I don't go post this kind of stupid nonsense on nafoom. I'd rather they didn't post that junk on this board.

is that in 10 years no one will remember that the Florida, Georgia, and Michigan teams we beat may not have been up to their respective standards. You will just see win's on the schedule against premier programs in college football and that's all that will matter.

an Ole Miss fan - apparently on purpose - tries to knock down the season State just had but State fans can't defend it unless they want to be like genesage. Is that what you are trying to say? Correct me if I am wrong.

Two will do. The piling on an apparent troll is what I was referring to as "Gene's Page esque." He's a dumbass - who gives a $+*$? And yes I know NAFOOM is the same way with **** stirrers, especially with Hog fans. But you said it - he's an Ole Miss fan who - apparently on purpose - knocked down your season to get a rise out of as many people as he could.

by using the insult that typically gets the job done? I cannot remember Gene's page jumping on idiots that post there. In fact, I seem to remember Gene's Page being a place where idiots regularly posted in safety. You'd have done better if you'd have said that was so like the Six Pack. Because, well, they are the ones actually known for jumping on idiotic posts.

Once again, you idiot Bears don't know what you are talking about, but always figure your Gene's Page trump card will send State fans running for the hills.

That was a damn fine season. Beat Florida. Beat Georgia. Beat THEM... F'ing New Years Day bowl game and we kick the ever-loving **** out of Michigan -- dude, after all the **** I've been through the last 35 years being a fan of this team, I'll take it.

Am I supposed to forget the back to back ***-kickings of Florida and Auburn -- one of my most favoritest moments as a Bulldog fan -- just because it was in 2000? Do I have to wipe my mind clean of the 98 or 99 seasons?

Nuh-uh. You can't make me.

but I'm a State fan. I'll also remember that Florida, UGA, and Michigan were down that year.
