Some of our fans think Flood cannot only lose games, but commit fraud and have 6 arrests and that fans should applaud him like they were North Koreans watching Kim Jong Un pass. These "fans" are the problem.
Honestly, you're starting to sound a little unbalanced w/this ceaseless crusade against the fractional portion of people on this board who think Flood is the right coach for RU's future. Those fans are not the problem. They have absolutely nothing to do with who the coach is.

The problems run much deeper, from the BOG and president on down to to the relatively small amount of available funds via private funding. You think if Julie had 10MM per year to spend on a coaching staff, that Flood would be here right now regardless of what the five fans who still support Flood think?

My friend, you are tilting at windmills.

If they don't care about the coach what does it matter? We all know the reality with Flood. You think James Franklin doesn't get yelled at? You think the Michigan punter walks campus getting hugs at every turn?

This ain't intramurals....
So you think its ok to do something that will portray us as classless. How many recruits did we gain when we booed at Navy?

No it is not classless...Navy was not the same and you know it and that didn't matter in recruiting because Schiano was competent...

The expectations are everything. The university would have no choice if they actually feared a backlash. Granted they will get a bad one and the program will be blown out by Indiana for 5 years going if for some reason Flood is kept one more season. But at the p5 schools other than us, you don't lose AND cheat and live to tell about it.

I've never seen a bigger collection of jackasses than what have amassed here
Your probably all the people that leave in the 3rd qtr, never go, or sell your tickets to opposing fans yet you feel you are that important that you feel the need to make yourselves and Rutgers look like complete horses asses

We have the admin right where we want them. They are scared and in a corner because the media started asking questions about their boneheaded behavior and continued refusal to end the Flood error.

Now we need to put on the final levels of pressure. If we get blown out as predicted Saturday, the national embarrassment of having chants and signs shown on a national broadcast and tweeted ad nauseum may be enough to get Silent Bob, who only understands there are issues in AD when the national media wants to chat with him, to drop the charade and consent to a move.

Might there be best a time to coordinate a "Flood Must Go" chant?

Also, what are stadium policies on signs? Are they allowed to confiscate signs if they say Fire Flood? Perhaps we can come up with creative ways around them?:

Let's continue to come together as fans until our final goal is achieved. Whether or not you agree with goals at Mizzou, it showed the power of action and good use of national media- which RU under Barchi has shown, that is the only way it listens.
really....

I will not participate. I will root for Rutgers to win Saturday as well as the next two Saturdays. I hope Paul James gets an opportunity to go to a bowl game. If the next three games go very poorly, I believe Rutgers will do what is necessary. If a change is made I hope Rutgers finds an enthusiastic, innovative, offensive-minded coach who can attract a solid defensive coordinator. However, as of now, Kyle Flood is Rutgers coach and there are 18 kids who still plan on coming to Rutgers to play for him, including a quarterback who could be a game changer. Remember, no one impacts a game like a quarterback. I want Russo to get here.

"First the Flood, Now the Drought. Bring on the Fire!"

(and NO. I would NEVER do this. Players do not deserve it and it reflects poorly)
