kind of. It wasn't going there way. You could tell by thier demeanor (he knows what this means?) how they ran routes, how they blocked you. You could just tell and as our offense kept scoring it got easier and easier"

2 things:

Our coaches have to realize they're losing the players, and create situations to get back into the game mentally (field goal)
Our players need a serious change in attitude or they're not coming back for 13. Giving up is not an option.

I gave up too. I changed the channel. Mullen needs to do something to keep me focused. ;)

That's not really breaking news. I saw it live on tv. I could see them begin preparations to head back to Starkville right after the half.

It was the same way they played after Bama scored,

I also saw it in person during the aTm game except they played that way from the first snap.

Same way for LSU.

This team has played with heart in one game. One. And it was TN. A game we should have won anyway. Maybe the 2nd half of Ark. But that was more of a team about to lose their coach, who was not going to a bowl, and have a lot of uncertainty ahead.

They sleepwalked through most of the others. Troy, Alabama, aTm, LSU, South Alabama, etc. It should be unacceptable. You don't see any other teams with a winning record play like they are. Georgia bounced back hard after being trounced by USC, Florida bounced back hard after a hard loss in the cocktail party, aTm got rolling after Florida beat them. Vandy could have called it a game when they were down against UM knowing they could beat TN and Wake for a bowl but didnt. MSU? We fold up shop for the season after a loss to Bama.

The players can ***** and moan about fan support all they want and claim they are about to give it their best.. But actions show otherwise. I've played 17n volleyball with people that wanted to win more than MSU did the 2nd half of the egg bowl. There is a serious attitude problem with this team.

There are gonna have to be some schollies pulled, or we're facing an 01/03 over again

Nailed it. This team really never played hard all season. And when they got behind, they pretty much just quit in every loss.

We hear that said year after year......

sometimes it is our players, sometimes it is their players doing the talking. It is a "man" thing. Stupid.

Worry not

I think Mullen and the athletic dept have a few more tricks up their sleeve to keep us interested. No more silly hashtags, we are about to get seriously deep into the bag of magic gimmicks.
