And as most people here would tell you, Charleston is due for another hurricane hit. It's been 22 years since Hugo blasted through here. So much like the rabbi's thread below, everybody is keeping a close eye on storms in the Atlantic. Hopefully it will be another quiet year -- both here and in the Gulf.</font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="Verdana">
