Heck, against Essex, the Riverheads star runner that day was usually the least productive back for them (according to the radio). It doesn't matter who - it's the what for Riverheads.

Casto could make Windsor a strong football team after a few years of his system in place.

Apparently he made Chincoteague decent back in the day as well.

Their system is like Giles. It can take a team that is equal or maybe even less talented than teams in traditional offenses and be successful. Altough that is on offense, has nothing to do with how good they are on defense. Giles ran a very vanilla 52 monster on D for years and was successful.

I SPEAK IN OBJECTIVE TERMS ABOUT ANY TEAM SO STOP KISSING YOU KNOW WHAT, I HAVE PRAISED RIVERHEADS ON NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS. WHAT CHAMPION DOESNT GET CRITICISED ?
Ha. Ha son I don't kiss no ones you know what, just speaking the facts right now. Sounds like you couldn't beat them or just don't like them.

Just because someone has a down year doesn't mean they can't be a great program. Let the man have love for his team, that's what we all should have

I know the next two to three year is going to be interesting riverhead will fall to sussex it is inevitable those freshmen and sophomores they had this year are gonna be a problem next year the size and speed it doesn't look good this may sound a little farfetched but the stars are lining up for Sussex. Some of you think that trutiger16 is just talking crazy but I live in the area i can see what they working with thats one game im definitely going to see.

@trutiger16, we may not agree on much, lol, but I admire your support of your team and sticking to your opinions. With luck we will get a chance to watch our teams bang heads next year.
The respect and admiration is mutual, I’m all in when it comes to competing Riverheads being a 3 peat champion should motivate all the programs to be the one to end the streak. At times I come off has harsh but I have total respect for what you guys have accomplished. I travel up and down 81 weekly I may stop in Greenville for lunch in the near future and chop up some football talk point me to best local diner for this please lol

Woodlayer your Broncos May have a say in this also. Next year whomever Riverheads face for the Region B title will be ready , no more 1st round byes. Let’s not forget William Campbell, Altavista, and Luneburg Central.

Galax returns a lot next year and should be a contender out west, Chilhowie graduates 15 starters I think so I don't think they will be as good next year but I'm not saying they won't make a little noise. I'm sure their will be a few more teams competing for it in the West next year, time will tell if any of them compete with the east.

Region B will be a slug fest with the addition of Sussex and Franklin. I wouldn’t overlook William Campbell, Central Lunenburg or Altavista either. Riverheads loses some solid contributors but should be in the mix again.

Region A will have some familiarity since I am sure Essex will be returning enough to compete. Who else is able put enough wins together to be in play for the region title.
