"At least we lost to". As a fan I often use the term "we" even though I didn't anything but attend school there because I associate myself with the school and therefore the team.

Former Polk player criticizes Cohen for "losing to a Baptist school" twice, and Todd points out that hey, you lost to Dallas Baptist & Air Force. Just points out the typical hypocrisy of many of the Polk supporters. That's all.

had some interesting points that most of us could never know and I would like to hear from him againin the future.

I don't think we can call it a national championship caliber program until we consistently beat the South Carolina's, Florida's, LSU's, and Arkansas's of the conference. Is Cohen not 0-16 in series against those schools since he's been here? I could be wrong. (And Polk, injuries, and an old stadium can't excuse everything.)
<div>Also, I think we'll be happy with the job Mingione does with his new promotion. He deserved it and will be the hardest working assistant in the country. He's an MSU guy that I'm proud to have him represent us...most of the time!</div><div>

I, too, lettered under Cohen. The first memory that comes to mind of that first seasonwas taking the first two from top 10 SouthCarolina in our opening SEC weekend of the season. Surely you would remember that if you played for Cohen.

Secondly, theleast liked memberof the coaching staff since year 1 has been Mingione. Not only by opposing coaches and players, but by our ownplayers. Even the freshman and sophomore position players from the past two years have few good things to say about him and are quick to chastize him. Personally, I respectthe guy and think he was a hell of a camps coordinator/bunting coach. But, he is rather bush league at times, and because of that, I laughed at his promotion. He won't compare to Burroughs on the recruiting trail nor will he have the respect from players that Burroughs had.
