His lines at OU and MSU were pretty salty. It wasn't until he had to call the defense that our subs and subsequent play at the line began to suck.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he's gone... I really like Turner... But getting a puppet job at Alabama makes sense to me.

Wilson was OK I guess but our DL under Turner this year was MUCH better at penetrating and creating a pass rush without blitzing than our 2012 line under Wilson. Really none of Wilson's DLs created much pass rush except for a little based solely off the talents of Fletcher Cox.

Make him defensive line coach and get him a bunch if stud recruits and your line will be slightly above average.
