The Mississippi Department of Wildlife and Fisheries reports the "Chupacabra" is a coyote with mange.
Locals, however, are not having any of it.
"I told him there ain't no way because, look at it," Hewharrell said.

I would suggest a DNA test but from looking at that guy's picture I assume he either already ate it or has had it mounted and sitting on the fireplace mantle.

Because ... aliens. And who else thinks ................................................................................

that this dude's name is Matt Hugh Harrell, not Matt Hewharrell? This dude HAS to be a three namer. He's from Pigtown and he's sporting a sweet "ALL SEEING EYE" trilateralist tat.

Thought chupacabra translated as "blood sucker", not "blood goat". Looked like a mangy coyote to me ....

Do folks in Leake County speak a language other than English?

Sometimes I really do miss the state of Mississippi. This is not one of those times.

Could have charged him with "murder"? But if she had deliberately taken it, it would have been totally legal. Soooo-- it's OK to "murder" a fetus only if the "killer" is the one carrying it? How exactly does that work?

"Hello, Supreme Court. Can you hurry up and sort this **** out already?"
