Feels like AEW is rushing the Swerve Hangman eventual breakup. I think they could have gotten another month or two of them being on the same side against Joe's boys. I guess it is probably time for Swerve to flip heel for the feud.

That’s my biggest issue with AEW they rush things too fast it’s the complete 180 of wwe - need a middle ground for both

Only got to watch through the big promo last night. Still hate half hour promos no matter who does them. I guess by bringing MJF back they can keep the swerve hangman thing on the back burner a while longer. It’ll be interesting but I don’t love how they’ve built the match.

Article said Hangman vs. Ospreay and Hangman vs. Moxley split the vote allowing that WWE women’s match to sneak in for the W.

WWE had to reshoot like two weeks worth of content because of the botched finish to Monroe vs. Hail.

If only they had a training facility so people could learn how to wrestle.

Adding MJF to the title mix right now was not what I was expecting. Thought it was smart to “swerve” us by having him come back the same night as the Dynamite Diamond Ring thing. Figured he would be in that to defend his ring so he can get a title shot while not having to use his contract. Seems like that would be the typical MJF type of work smarter, not harder move

Would be nice if they would have MJF explain - briefly! - why he isn’t, especially since that ring has been his primary cheating weapon for years at this point.

But lol at the thought of MJF having a brief live promo, so unless they do it in a pre tape then I’d rather just not hear it. Not that I dislike MJF’s promos, but he’s always too long winded for me. Just need him to scale it back like 25% so he can be more efficient with his delivery and thus more efficient with AEW’s tv time.

I think mvp has done 15 interviews saying the same thing TK is great and HHH sucks - it’s been 2 years move on!

Also where’s the outrage about MJF saying WWE and Diddy in his promo? The same people that micro analyze every word in a promo where are they?
I agree that MVP needs to stop with the comparisons now. We know how he feels.

But MJF is a special case as threatening to go to/referencing WWE is an inherent piece of his character. As long as he stays in AEW that will happen, IMHO. Not saying it should happen, but it will.

Bret walked so MVP could run.

Love MJF (who wouldn't?) but he's not as creative as he thinks he is. It's cute to pull the "hey you evolved into a star here but 5 years ago you were an usher in WWE so I'm going to remind you of that" schtick two years into AEW's existence but I can't believe he's still doing it as we near 2026.

As a dyed in the wool AEW mark, I’m not sure that promo went over as well as I’m sure MJF thought it would. He needs some character development.

Looks like there might not be much movement between WWE and AEW next year with the news below and the fact that AEW has gotten much more selective with who they sign these days.

But this is also what WWE (and AEW) should be doing. TNA the only US TV company that should be looking to do any major talent hauls.

WWE buying ad time during Collision on HBO Max. Sad to see WWE have to resort to buying tv time to advertise to only 5000 people.

Anyway, all the other advertisers? Major national/multinational products/companies
  • Amazon
  • T-Mobile
  • Snickers
  • Royal Caribbean
  • M&Ms
  • Chipotle
  • Popeyes
  • Pharmaceutical company Lilly
  • Zales
  • Macy’s - specifically advertising Dior cologne
  • Domino’s
  • Ferrero Rocher
  • Liberty Mutual
  • Modelo
  • DC Studios
  • Sensodyne
  • Centrum
