That bunch is nostril deep in redistricting plans. They ain't got time to fool with local and private ****.

...because I've been discovering awesome beers below the current alcohol limit - which as far as I can tell can't be bought in MS.

There are several really great liquors that are legal in wet counties that still can't be bought here for whatever practical (not legal) reason.

There's no doubt that we won't all of sudden have the same choices as, say, someone living in Colorado but things should still improve dramatically. Many breweries won't expand into states unless their entire lineup can be offered. I would guess that Sweetwater will soon be available and will probably help with Yazoo getting more of a presence in MS. Both of these breweries offer mostly legal beers under the current law but once their entire lineup is legal it will make more sense for them to make their move into MS. Sweetwater used to "water down" their IPA for distribution into Alabama because the original version was over the limit. It obviously made sense for them financially with such a close market but you can bet they were happy about ALs change in the law.
