Clarke County vs George Mason Round 2

Same result as when they played back in October, a Clarke win by 3 scores most likely. Mason has a GREAT running back in Noble, and he will get yardage and several scores, but unless something has drastically changed with Mason's defense, they will be hard pressed to stop Clarke's offense.
Clarke will win. Rogers should definitely sit this one out and let that ankle heal.
Amelia almost beat them lost by 2 TDs your gonna have to do more than run the ball against Clarke to win Clarke wins this one big
This game features the Bull Run district's Offensive (George Mason, D'Montae Noble) and Defensive (Clarke, Michael Fields) players of the Year.
This should be the game where Clarke gets their 2nd and 3rd 1000 yard rushers. Both are within 75 yards

Mason -- squeeeked out a victory over an average Ameila team at best...

Hard to judge Strasburg (note the correct spelling)--They were missing nearly half their starters by the end of the year and were beating Lee at half
Mason--beat a team from the JRD--which is an accomplishment due to the athletes they have in that district.
Central out-gained gap in first half and was losing--game got away from them in the 2nd half obviously

As a JMU alumnus myself, I'm embarrassed. Show a little more class, please.
I'll say this Goat, Arcadia played hard from start to finish and showed a lot of class and respect for the game.
As the resident luddite who's too cheap to buy a smartphone, I can only text info.
I'm rather surpised that Mason has made it this far. I went and watched them play the poor Panthers of Rappahannock County at the beginning of the year and was not impressed at all. They had something like 4 turnovers in that contest and, though they won by a huge margin, they just seemed like an average team whipping the tar out of arguably the worst public school in the state. Kudos to them for proving me wrong.
George Mason did get a first down late in the 2nd, but it was due to a dead ball Clarke personal foul. Then Mason threw an interception so Clarke ball with 12 seconds left. Missed pass, so 2nd down with about 7 seconds to go, Clarke throws a pass and Noble intercepts, clock runs out. 2nd string started going in around midway through 3rd quarter. Mason got a couple first downs finally late in the 4th, but just couldn't make it.
