Lincoln SW used an ineligible player and is disqualified from the final. Papio South will now play Lincoln East tomorrow.

Edit: Papio South forfeits, Lincoln East wins state. Papio South couldn't field a team on such short notice.

Yes, so LSW is declared ineligible, and PLVS won't participate because they don't have enough available players.

Lincoln East is declared the state champion. And now Elkhorn North will represent Nebraska (along with Lincoln East) in the Regional Tournament.

I've never seen anything like this. I can't imagine the drama behind the scenes on this.
