Catalina Perez is injured and not in the line-up, but we have another player on their roster, Ilana Izquierdo. She started last night against Panama and had some really nice plays. She had one shot go a little wide left and a goal overturned after a VAR review. Still a good showing and they beat Panama 6-0.

They play Brazil at 9 pm on Saturday. Games are all on Paramount+.

Something I read said she was injured and “unavailable for selection”. Hopefully, she’s available for the Olympics. I don’t know how national team selection works.

Honestly, their GK had the night off most of the match.
