Anybody got any insight into the Kivon Coman situation. Supposedly he is struggling to get into state again for grade issues. The last day to add a class or register I believe was monday at MSU so if hes not currently enrolled at state did he miss out and do we gain a scholarship back because of it?

on whether he can cut it academically. Won't be good if he ends up having to stay another semester at Hargrave and misses Spring practice.

I think your exactly right. That's my biggest concern. With all the guys at safety you gotta think out of Whitley, Hughes, Arrington, Market, & Jackson we find a combo. Justin Cox could end up back there as well. Not getting Coman in the spring would suck but certainly not huge loss
I would've guessed him to redshirt regardless of getting here now or June... Hope he gets it cleared up, though. He seems to be a good athlete who really likes MSU and wants to be here badly.

At the last second. Good for him. According to all our guys he's been working really hard. He blew up at the end of his recruitment and stayed solid. Hopefully the year at Hargrave helped. Would someone w/ insight like to compare development for 1 year at Hargrave compared to 1 year at a Juco? How much furthur along from hs should he be?
