They are very close to finalizing the deal with DTV.

DTV announces by the end of the month. Wouldn't be surprised if it comes early next week. Time Warner seems to be the most distant of the major carriers -- and I'd think it gets done by the end of the month as well with literally all of it's competition being on board...
