Ha, I've felt like Rick has been about half alive, half turned this entire season.

Well that was disappointing. I think the viewers are the ones that are gonna be pissed, not the people at terminus.

There screwing with the wrong people!

A line for the future!

I expected little more at the Terminus.

Should have left out all the flashbacks and furthered the current show more. That was not an acceptable cliffhanger.

Interesting to hear why the producers chose to use that footage though. Agreed with its use afterwards.

The Walking Dead is first and foremost a show about the living characters, less about killing zombies and shootouts.

i'm done with this show. It sucks. I fast forward through 80% of this season. they spend this whole season walking to this place and then they get trapped. Like wtf is this. also You had a previous year spend a whole Season looking for a girl who had already turned and stuffed in a barn with other zombies therefore Not only wasting characters' time but also the audience's. Those were supposedly satisfying endings? Give me a break. nothing happens on this show. Mad men and breaking bad are steep standards to judge walking dead by and I dont expect it to even be close but the show has become unwatchable and bad.

When I watch the show, I'm not really expecting any kind of

brisk, zippy Tarantino/Kevin Smith style dialogue between characters, but that last line...woof. Most times you hear something that hackneyed and trite on a TV show, it's preceded by dramatic sunglasses removal and followed by a Who riff.

As has been said a hundred times before, if you are looking for non-stop shoot outs and action, it's probably not the show for you. People forget that this is a drama not an action series. That said, I thought the episode was great, but the cliffhanger at the end was weak. I'll be tuned in episode 1 of season 5 though.

I agree. Thought it was a really good episode, and I'm ok with the cliffhanger. Can't wait for season 5 to start.

After watching Talking Dead, I get it.

The original line was "theyre 17ing with the wrong people." That acually feels right - just loses all of its punch when toned down to "screwing."

Just because the line was supposed to be R rated doesn't make it any less corny.

"deserved it dan" <3's him some carl.

somebody help me out with something:

ok, so when rick it talking to daryl, the following convo took place after rick ripped that guys throat out:

daryl: "something happened, that aint you"

rick: "daryl, you saw what i did to tyrese, it aint all (inaudible to me, but it sounded like "bad"), but thats me...thats why im here now and thats why carl is living"

I cant recall what rick is referring to when talking about doing something to tyrese....i can only think of him not telling tyrese about carol killing his lover, but thats hardly as depraved as ripping someones throat out with your bare teeth. what am i forgetting?

Great show for me and my crew. Some of you bitches would whine about getting a blowjob. (not you Karl)

Oh... and btw, when they told them to drop their weapons Rick threw one gun and his knife.

He still has the gun in the back of his britches bitches.

Great to see crazy Rick back I missed him.

also, things we learned in this episode:

they are cannibals: yall see the meat-picked corpses in the foreground on the blue tarp as they were running through the terminus funnel? also, they were shooting to wound, not kill. if they killed them, they couldnt eat them. gotta be cannibals.

Exactly.

Let's not have a real story line, just have folks and zombies killed. That wouldn't get boring at all.

This show isn't for the 18 to 21 year-old, instant gratification demographic

And that's what makes it great. The kind of people that love to spout off "wtf" and "this sucks" to anything that doesn't fit their idea of good writing should go back to watching Michael Bay movies.

Wasting the audiences' time? Having them look for Sophia for the first half of Season 2 only to have her step out of the barn as a walker and get capped in the head in "Pretty Much Dead Already" was fantastic. If that episode made you feel like your time was being wasted I don't know why you've been watching the last 2 seasons for. This is what a serial drama does. Breaking Bad was great, but watching Hank rehab for half a season and watching Skyler try and decide what car wash to buy wasn't exactly riveting stuff either.

exactly. as far as action goes, that "grove" episode wasnt really much action at all outside of the crispy walkers that got waxed, but DAMN...that was one IN TENTS episode...that episode was executed beautifully and really set the bar for me as far as the series goes. there will be a few that fall short here and there, but overall, its not about, nor was it ever about a zombie apocalypse...its about the human struggle and internal conflict that goes along with living in a zombie apocalypse. its a relentless march toward total human depravity that results from surviving in the world they live in and what that does to ones psyche after making brutal decision after decision.

No disrespect to this show or its fans, but you write a pissed off paragraph about nothing happening on a show and then talk about Mad Men as the benchmark? 99.999% of that show is people sitting in chairs and talking to each other

What gun does he have in the back of his britches? I went back and re-watched from when he buried the bag and didn't notice him with a second gun.
