Socialists are going to govern with socialism. It has failed all throughout history. They are either insane or they want absolute power over the people.

Take down the homeless encampments, force them into shelters. That would cut the number of deaths.

Shelters is not a new strategy. It's about the effectiveness of several groups, working with a budget, and having the to answer to people.
$117 per day in FY2018 for a single adult in a DHS shelter.
In FY2013, total cost for homeless families was $490.6 million, with the city paying $151.2 million.
Emergency shelter services costs 300-400 per day (depending on the services)

Homeless crisis is made up of people with mental disorders and many want to be homeless. People are lazy and want to live off hand outs . Desperately need asylums , money coming from not putting illegals in fancy motels and feeding them . First have to get rid off sanctuary cities
