Concerning Nick Bell's passing in the media...

We are only talking about a 20 year old who was starting for a now top 20 team in the nation....and, oh yeah, a member of the SEC.....who was playing just a few weeks ago and is now having funeral arrangements made for him and his family.
has already said that Nick's medical bills are taken care of. Perhaps now is not the time to whip out the inferiority complex and beat your chest about media exposure. I had a family member who passed from pancreatic cancer...if you have never been there, then 17 off. Nick's mother needs all the help she can get and if I had the ability for getting the information out through large media channels, I would have taken it in a heartbeat...if State has the medical bills taken care of, then donate in his memory to St Judes for cancer research.

Every local news and national sports website I've seen has something posted on it. I'm pretty sure the SEC will do something to honor Nick this weekend at all the games. Go to si.com and look at the updated power rankings and there's basically a memorial about him in our write up, and also information on where to donate. That's ESPN, CBS Sports, SI, Fox Sports. All of them have it.
