With Bama and ATM and LSU all breaking in new QBs and Arkansas not looking to be a threat any time soon this could be one of those years that one of the MS teams backs into Atlanta by winning the Egg Bowl.

I don't think the Egg Bowl will have SEC title ramifications or anything, but I do think it will be the most significant Egg Bowl for both schools in quite a few years. I'm already looking forward to next season.

Uh, no. The Iron Bowl this year decided who was going to play in the national championship game. That's not gonna happen in Mississippi. But it should be a game between 2 teams with winning records coming in and could have Cotton/Outback bowl implications.
