You two guys have made it. I hope to have other players one day that are as good as you think you are. After all, its the pro scouts that are coming to see you, and they have to love what they saw today.

Lets start with you Dixon. By all pratical means, you lost your starting position to Stallworth today. Anthony, you were not the best Dixon on the field today. You broke nary a tackle today. I hope our coaches continue to pamper you. It looks like it is really paying off. Its all good, you are Croom's favorite, thats what truly counts. Take this off week off and put your feet up and while you are kickin it back, be sure to critique Stallworth's work outs. He will never reach your elite power. Thank you for being a leader. Our team needs you to keep running like you don't want to get hurt, thats what we need from a running back - heart like that. Crooms got your back, just keep phoning it in.

Pegues. You can't blame this loss on you. Your leadership of a late hit out of bounds and your 2 solo tackles speak for themselves, both of them. We can't hang this loss on you, your talent alone gives us 6 wins a year, even when you tackle the ball and let Kentucky's Dixon run for 8 more yards past you. Its ok, you have already done all you need to do at MSU. You didn't turnover any kickoffs or punts so thats good. You almost had a pick, but baby, you looked good today. I am going to freeze frame your 2 vicious tackles and send them to you. Thank you for leading our team so well. Love ya buddy. We are champs, just like you.

as he usually is though.

Now Pegues...he was absolutely worthless (in the second half anyway). I only watched the second half and it seemed like every good play UK had was due to his missed tackles. He missed at least 4 that I counted in the 2nd. There was a reason why Smith was in for him for much of the game in the 2nd half.

His return game is horrible as it has always been but I blame that on scheme. He certainly has the ability to run the ball.

First tackler always gets him. He may drag the tackler 4 yards, but the first guy gets him. He is not a tackle breaker. Whoever said he is a 195 lb RB in a 240lb body said it just right.

I thought Smith played well today.

He had a monster hit that saved a TD and he also played well on special teams.

Remember the talk before the season about Dixon going pro after this year?? I called bs on that one early. Mark my word, Dixon won't go in the first 3 rounds.....after next year.

He also doesn't have a decent OL or a great elusive back like Dicenzo Miller to take the focus off of him.

with the piss poor offensive line of the mighty Dawgs! No wonder recruits don't want to play at State. Hell, Tyson Lee couldn't take a 5 step drop if it was in the game plan. This is on the coach, not the players.
