Not sure what is more ridiculous. The suspension itself or any credit being given to a UM twitter campaign.

I think it had more to do with Les complaining to the SEC.

I wouldn't mind us being petty and forwarding the video of #4 trying to hurt Dak to the SEC office to have him suspended. Tit for tat.

If you read Dillon day's twitter feed, it's pretty ridiculous. UM fans made a way bigger deal about this than any LSU fan I know. I'm a pretty reasonable fan, but this is complete and total horseshit.

I don't think that UM fans making a--es of themselves on Twitter is what caused the suspension. A formal complaint was filed by LSU.

Or perhaps Day getting a late hit personal foul and stomping on 2 LSU players got him suspended. I love him, but there's really no need for that. Word is Clayborn will be available for the A&M game, so move Beckwith to center and insert Clayborn at guard and we'll be no worse off on the OL than we have been the last couple of games anyway.

This is exactly what we

should do, but it won't happen. We won't do a thing about it. I'm so sick of nobody in our Athletic Department not standing up for our guys on this.

Total horseshit, the crybabies won. Les Miles included.

Horrible game for him to be suspended, we will need every offensive yard possible for that game.

Piss on Mississippi. They will have their share of problems before the year is out. We've got two weeks to get another center ready.

I expected 1/2 of a game. Not very surprised, it was a selfish act. I expected this when is saw it Saturday night. Just not very smart on his part. Again, I am not saying that he did it on purpose. If he did, he is not very smart about this so I hope it was completely unintentional. Having played the position, I feel pretty sure he did it on purpose.

We have to move on and hope he is smarter and less selfish for the rest of the season.

WE DID IT!!!!

To quote Chris Rock, "What the **** did we do?" To give Ole Miss any modicum of credit for this is asinine.

Be sure to doctor the video first

The doctored video, using "stomped" instead of "stepped on" and flooding social media seemed orchestrated to achieve this result.

Wasn't it SDS that started this? They have some axe to grind with us?

OM's "campaign" didn't help and quite possibly could have hurt. But if any of the players think for a minute that OM had anything to do with it, a hornets nest has been stirred & Nov 29 our players won't forget it. Just my not so very humble opinion. 17 them whiney bitches

Yep. It was Ole Miss fans that convinced Les Miles to send the tapes into the league office.

And yep, it was Ole Miss fans that highlighted the stomps during the broadcast and forced the commentators to make note of it.

When something bad happens to MSU or an MSU player, it's not always Ole Miss's fault.

Don't worry, then candy asses are about to fall out of the polls real quick like in 3 weeks. Bama and tam will stomp them. Memphis May give a good enough game to drop them a few spots

if this had been the usual 5 TD drubbing we normally get....this is never even brought up.

the university of ole miss had nothing to do with this

the university of ole miss is so small time, the SEC probably thought they were suspending a rebel player. the university of ole miss is on the verge of having to drop out of the SEC. They have spent millions of dollars upgrading facilities, hundreds of thousands more "improving recruiting efforts", and yet are barely better than some mid-level Sun Belt team. Not only that, but their fan base revolts not only the SEC, but basically Western Civilization.

If they think they made an impact on the SEC Office's decision, then they are really full of it. I can't see any logic in the LSU Athletic Deparment consulting anybody with OM concerning this situation or their twitter crap having anything to do with the decision by the SEC Office.

You're giving ole ms to much credit. They aren't smart enough to think of doing something like that. It's way over their heads.
