Hotel Chester will cost you 368.42 for a weekend stay with free breakfast.
Who is to say that you don't get five couples in this place and you are now looking at 400.00 per couple. You would be a good bit closer to the stadium and you could even put your tailgate gear and coolers in the courtyard.

Just a option for the state fans to grab a place close to campus before the auburn, tenn., aggie and hog fans come rolling in.

No box or sideline pass. Sorry.

The new la quinta is charging $200 a night, with a 2 night minimum. Plenty of space here.

Someone will pay it.

This site, however, might very likely not be the place that it will get noticed and rented from. You have hundreds of other options to get it done.... you offer me 40% commission and I will do it for you, and will guarantee to rent all 7 home game weekends, BUT YOU have to GUARANTEE that the place will be available for ALL home game weekends, Thurs to Mon of each week.

Heck, raise the price by $1,000 per weekend and include a chef who will come prepare breakfast every morning, and a daily cleaning service... that will only cost $300 maximum more to you but bring you $700 more profit.

Are you a college student that's just staying at a friends place while you rent yours? That's fine if so but is there still gonna be three week old pizza in the fridge, your black lab's hair all over the sofa, what about cigarette butts covering the courtyard? I think $2000 is a fair price but at the same time it better be pretty nice and just as clean as a hotel room would be. I'm sure this goes without saying but you never know.
