That Weismann has been working on a plan that rezones much of this city in one swoop, and they way he has been drawing up the plan he would be able to pass by a lot of the "problems." That had been the plan in the past. (There were many other things that were being held up as well, and something has to be done.) I don't think this was a problem they were ever seriously concerned about though either. They knew that would work out in the end, one way or another.
I think this is it..

That's awesome if true. Opens up a lot of phenomenal development opportunities if true.

that is attached to the property. Talk them all into selling then have them all agree on a price and how much each of them should receive from the sale. I am sure you could find someone more than willing to front you the money to buy it, if you take care of the other .

But it will eventually get through. If not, the old hotel may become part of Cotton Mill. Either way, it's history. And to answer someone else's question, one of the restaurants will be bar/sports oriented.

cause I have several other friends who would say the same thing, but I am just amazed that so many wives are so damn insecure that they think if their husband goes into a Hooters restaurant,he is going torun off with some chicken wing-slinging hoochee momma in orange hot pants. Really??? It's a 17ing wonder you guys are allowed to even go to a football game with those tender young things running around in those skimpy cheerleader outfits.
