Royce Blackledge, who played center at State in all of Croom's first four years, was a member of the group last season. He recalled dealing with situations as serious as lobbying for Croom to keep a player who had gotten into trouble and as seemingly mundane as the menus for road trip buffets.

These leadership meetings look good in the eye of the public but in reality its just planning their next meal.
