no one else can. Vanderbuilt shay Knox Washington Diallo Probably to late to make a major change. He can handle the ball and pass.

No, his ball handling skills are not very good when defended. He is great in the open court and passing to the interior but unfortunately there is hardly anyone for him to pass to.
