However old you are? Subtract 15 years and answer. Could you kick your own *** right now if you were fighting yourself from 15 years ago?

Confusing question- I'm about to be 40...I'm pretty sure I'd wipe the slate clean with my 25 year old version.

I was too wimpy win I was younger.

I’m 43. I’ve always been a cocky *******. My older self wouldn’t back down but my younger athletic self would wear current *** out...up until the point that I’d cut or shoot that young *******

Nah. Heart attack, bad back, knees going fast, nearly deaf in on ear... plus, I was still a madman with no vision for the future and no care for repercussions at 30.

I'm a spider with 5 legs nowadays...

Nope, 47 year old self would beat my 62 year old *** like a drum. I was still teaching and sparring at 47. Now, work out 6 days a week but, 30 minutes to an hour each day depending on energy level compared to an hour and a half or more each day with a lot more effort at 47.

I wish I could say yes without a doubt. But I'm 55 now and all though I still work out some , I'm not nearly as strong as I use to be and besides that , after about 3 or 4 hook and upper cut combos I'd be so winded I'm pretty certain my 40 yr old self would absolutely DESTROY me !

15 years ago...45yo-me drank beer every night, never did any exercise, weighed 215, and had a big ole gut. Today...60yo-me has a little red wine on weekends only, is very active and gets regular exercise, weighs 190, and has a much smaller gut.

I'm pretty sure I could take the 2005 version of myself.

Edit - being 60yo has left me with less stamina and reduced lung capacity. I say this as I sit and catch my breath after 20 minutes of light yard work. If the fight goes past the first round I’m afraid younger-me will knock current-me TFO, or I’d be forced to tap.

I’m stronger than I was 15 years ago, but I was significantly faster back then. I think I could take my former self, but it would be pretty close.

We would both definitely wind up dead

The current CERN timeline me - hastily buried near cannon creek in bell co.....

....the active duty / torrential joy-madness version of me that held the initial classified clearance would be found shot execution style near the tower / facility where they covertly keep the “jump room”

The younger version was making a literal last ditch attempt to alter timelines of our parallel dimensions (while smelling suspiciously like vodka and dank)...but the higher / more compartmentalized agent that I’ve become...would have beat him to it - learned of this thread before you posted it ...and have the hollow point laden 9mil already resting against the base of my younger skull

But that’s the problem with altering space/time

it alerts the sentient in ALL directions....

so as Patrick the younger is sadly smiling at the sound of the hammer clicking into place — he’s already soul — weary from having crossed forward and lured Patrick-now out to cannon creek ....disguised as an entemans rep and promising football shaped cinnamon rolls — the trap was easily set

As both sets of magnificent: non linear functioning brains are blown from the occipital lobes ...

As both still-sentient corpses slouch to the floor

their momma awakes from her matriarchal dementia doze to scream like a stabbed banshee ..

Her baby is dead

And an UNHOLY abberation has just future killed an entire generation of champion- conscious hillbilly descendants who were supposed to close down CERN

So good job u bastards !!

What’s happens next is ON YOU

With one knee still arthritic and another been replaced, hell no, which is why I now carry a gun :cool2:

Was just gonna say this. Pretty sure I could give my 28yr old self a run for its money. But, I wisened up about 8 years ago and got my CCL so 43 yr old me ain’t worried about nothing.

Knees hurt to walk on stairs. I have a fusion in my neck and lower back. Also put on probably 40 to 50 pounds during that time (not good weight). So the chances are slim for my older self. I do have guns now compared to then like others.

No one explained the rules of this fight though in regards to time travel since one of us doesn't belong there.

If it is like Back to the Future, where changes to your past self affect the future self then guns wouldn't work and younger self has even more of an advantage. If it is like Avengers Endgame, then it doesn't matter because you create a different time line and changes to the past self doesn't affect your future self so fire away.

Extreme Rules. Hammers, chairs, stop signs. Whatever isn’t nailed down can be used. No lasers

Late bloomer. At 50 I'm in the best shape of my life. Problem is, I would probably be less likely to fight now. Probably just buy myself a beer and give myself advice.

Dude, 15 years ago was our spring break in the keys - one of my favorite memories. You must be high on crack thinking you could’ve beat yourself up then :joy:. We were both skinny as hell. Neither one of us would’ve been able to catch ourselves then, you would’ve landed 3 punches to every one. Pretty sure Erick from 15 years ago would fair about the same today as then [laughing]

Yeah but if I caught myself it would have been on!

That was pre ACL tear, so you are probably right. In fairness I was a couple drinks deep last night...haha
