If THE MIGHTY CREST CHARGERS have FULL GROWN MEN playing i do not think THE VERY YOUNG MOUNTIES have much of a CHANCE.
KM is DOWN to their SECOND STRING BALL BOY at RUNNING BACK.

That doesn't surprise me. Seems like the entire sport of football is cursed with injuries across all levels. Not sure about the pros however, at the collegiate and high school level, injuries have in some cases had huge impact on depth charts. I can't put a finger on the cause either, with one exception, fatigue. Good luck to both teams this week.
I'll take speed over size anyday except maybe mma or wrestling. Speed kills.

I believe that Crest is a serious threat to get to the Western 3A finals. Their coaches have did a good job of building them to make a playoff run. Mari Adams is a problem. The Chargers have gotten better as the year as progressed and have became more balance offensively and defensively. The Chargers are playing their best ball right now. If Crest is able to pull out out a win in KM than I expect the Crest football bandwagon to refill with those same Charger fans who were throwing their own team under the bus earlier this year.
The choker bowl will be one of the best games to watch this week.
Crest has to find one more play. We have 3. To get to the Western 3A finals, a minimum of 4 plays is required.
I have seen Crest play twice this year Against SP and FV..This game will.be won by who limits turnovers and penalties. I thought Crest defense was dominant against FV. I see in my opinion a close game. Very competitive.

The number of kids lost due to injury is enough to make anyone cringe, but here they are, with the next man up mentality and still winning ball games... outstanding work by that staff down there to keep those kids fired up considering the productivity lost due to injury

You guys won your last state title with only 3 plays. Harbison left, Harbison right, and Harbison out of the shotgun up the middle. It worked pretty well as I recall lol.

Like I said, coach has to call some plays, I hope he quits rolling Tater out all the time and throws a few passes on first and second down once in a while. It might hide the fact that we have trouble blocking pass plays from time to time if we don't always pass on third down.
I'm not a coach, so what do I know? I do know this. In the Shelby game when. he had time for one more play before half on the other side of the 50 and he called that dive play. Boo's rained down as he walked off. That's the first time I ever heard that... EVER.

This one will be another close one. KM always gets Crest on the TE plays. And Crest has problems getting plays in on offense and that really hurt them in the Spring with the KM quick clocks.
