All the pressure is on that bunch of donkeys, with all those D1 signees you have. From what I've heard every starter is a D1 player. Nah lost one QB to you guys, the other got hurt and might be out the whole season and then the one that inherited the job last week hurt his hand. So we might have pulled in the water boy to play QB tonight who knows. Outside of KM and the Midgets your conference hasn't been nothing the brag about, clown. Another year goes by with KM still without a state title. Half of Shelbys fans are blaming injuries ahead of tonights match up, the other half are still at the Creekside Clock trying to figure out how to log on to the new site. Some clown from SP bragging about women’s swimming and pickleball championships. Burns is still trash and are calling for the coaches head after game 1. Rulz screaming at refs while his cologne carries all the way to the concession stand. Big Sausage announcing his new podcast series.

Keys for a Shelby victory tonight:
1. Offensive line has to learn to block, blocking air doesn't count, actually have to hit someone. Look at the game last week.
2. Our idiot OC has to stop calling plays where all the receivers run 30 to 40 yards downfield when the O Line can't block 2 seconds(been going on for years now). Now KM has a really good defense, but if don't do a better job play calling it will play into Crest probably beating our QB to death.
3. Receivers have to catch the ball, there were a number of dropped balls last week and in order to beat good teams you just can't do that.
4. Please someone teach our DB's to turn their head around when covering the receiver. They mostly do a pretty good job of covering WR's, if they would turn their head around they would pick some of these balls the other team catches.
5. Have to be able to run the ball at least some.
6. Can't turn the ball over.
7. Got to keep the penalties to a minimum, keep our heads cool and don't let Crest goat us into anything stupid and get a 15 yard penalty.
If all this can come happen we have a good shot at winning this game. I'll probably be wrong but I'm more worried about the numbers 1 & 2 more than the rest.

Actually Ashbrook is ranked in the top 5 of 6A. Also. We have Weddington and South Point and KM.they still have Huss, Ashbrook, and North Gaston who are all powerhouses
go check Weddington out they’re actually Nationally ranked. SP is highly ranked in 5A.
So, after tonight if you lose. You play NO ONE!

KM didn’t win that game last week, Shelby lost that game. Didn’t get to see Crest/Burns but heard Crest won the battle upfront which made everything else so easy. If Crest does that tonight, the score will be close to the Crest/Burns game.
Good luck to all the teams. After this week, none of us see each other again except for the last week when it comes to CC games. Let’s all come out without injuries and handle some out of county business next week.
True your non conference schedule is pretty tuff this year and no Asheville isn't any good and hasn't been in years, but Weddington is the real deal. Our tough games for the last four years has been our non conference ones except for Burns a couple of years. Ashbrook wouldn't win our conference, we used to regularly beat them when they were on our schedule. Always ones of the most talented looking teams, but for some reason can't make it happen on the field.
