A post on the sprit asked if recruits still go to the library and a circle jerk ensues on how fun it is to "scope out the recruits". Then the most hilarious, pathetic 2 post by olemissjody:

i will be there Friday night...got permission from...
bobthetomato and Chuck Norris...and actually my wife too (of course she is coming too) and i can't wait. i just hope they are there Friday night. will be my luck they go there Saturday night. i keep wondering if i should switch the nights.

This olemissjody guy actually plans nights out with his wife to stalk recruits. Good lord that is funny.

Is there a word that encompasses sad and creepy?

If you're hiring a babysitter so that you can go ogle 18 year old dudes, you and your wife need to have a serious talk...

However, this why they recruit so well. It's people like this that give those money-laden handshakes to the recruits....20 here...50 here...100 there...and these recruits have some walking around money for clothes and such when they get home

Well, why don't one of you guys that are complaining about this stuff, show up with your IPhone and take pictures of this stuff doing down. Its not like Oxford is for only OM fans and the Library only lets OM fans in the door.

Show up looking incognito and take pictures with your phone of recruiting violations. The Bears giving us the time and place in which their recruiting violations take place should create a slam dunk situation for us. What more could we ask for?

Stop bitching and take action.

I've always wondered why

Someone wouldn't make a small donation to an opposing school (to make themselves a booster) then go around with a hidden camera slipping $100 handshakes, promising more if kids sign with the school, etc., then sending it all to the NCAA after national signing day.

Do you honestly think people are paying recruits in the bar?

Some recruits get money from OM, MSU, and any other school that may be recruiting them. It happens, but it doesn't go down like Micro-Penis lover tells it.

And for the record, this Spirit poster needs to have his head examined.
