So, you are obviously lying to me about you being a CFO and really about you being employed, period. My significant other received healthcare through my jobs with large corporations and even a small company of 15 for the past many years.

Further, you can get health insurance through State Farm, coops, etc. It's out there, Jeff. Thanks to your love for exponentially increasing numbers of illegals, it isn't cheap at all! But, thanks to ICE and TrumpRx, some costs are being controlled. As a CFO, you know that reducing OPEX reduces costs, right?

The paperwork required by Obamacare caused my PCP and one specialist to abandon their practices as it was no longer affordable for them. Obamacare sucked, but as a good little liberal, you love big government!
A trained Investigator can distinguish truth from lies by having multiple talks with the criminal. Changes in the story is a key tell.

The liar can't keep his story straight because it's made up.

That's why I am able to tell old circumstances (Stories) in my life, with no fear.

They all happened.

We only have to have the ability (Which I do.) to recall your obsession to be correct in the face of facts.

Literally another unintelligible take. You literally tried to argue with a contention I made THAT YOU AGREED WITH. AND YOU ARE STILL ARGUING.

Just pure idiocy.

Who could have guessed that Dallas would be in the 90s the entire 1st week of October?

Probably the guy that mentioned seasonal creep a couple months ago when hearing how cool it had been this summer.

Well over 100 days of 90 degree weather, just as predicted. Dallas used to regularly have less than 100 90 degree days. This is the 16th straight year with at least 100.
Average Number of Days Over 100°F in Dallas (2005–2024)Based on historical data from the National Weather Service and climate records, Dallas-Fort Worth typically experiences an average of about 20–22 days per year with high temperatures reaching or exceeding 100°F. This is derived from long-term normals (e.g., 1991–2020), but recent decades show a slight increase due to warming trends, with the 20-year period (2005–2024) aligning closely to this range. For context:
  • The all-time record is 71 days (2011).
  • Recent years vary widely: 55 days in 2023, 23 days in 2024, 78 days in 2022, and as low as 10–15 in cooler years like 2020–2021.
Year RangeAverage Days ≥100°FNotes
Long-term (1991–2020)22Standard climate normal; mostly May–September.
Recent 10 years (2015–2024)~25–30Includes extremes like 2023; upward trend observed.
Full 20 years (2005–2024)~20–22Balanced by milder years; consistent with NWS data.
Sources: National Weather Service Fort Worth, Current Results climate data.

Number of Days Over 100°F in Dallas in 2025 (as of October 2)As of August 19, 2025, Dallas has recorded 4 days with highs of at least 100°F. The last such day was August 19. Given that 100°F days are extremely rare after mid-September in Dallas (average last occurrence ~August 26), and no additional occurrences have been reported through early October, the total for 2025 stands at 4 days. This is well below the typical annual average and among the lowest in recent history.
  • First 100°F day: July 29 (relatively late; ties for 19th latest on record).
  • No days in May–June; only scattered in July–August.

This troubles me Best, as it seems we are entering a new ice age. More people did from extreme cold than from extreme heat. Did you know the Great Lakes were formed by glaciers?

As AZ said, it's been a wonderful summer in Phoenix. 2023-24 was brutal and unrelenting thanks to that Tonga volcanic eruption saturating the upper atmosphere with water vapor a couple of years ago. I do believe it was warmer in Champaign Saturday than it was in Gilbert, AZ.

I guess the new ice age in addition to heinous Democrat policies explains the movement of Americans south to Red States. Which do they fear more - the supposed extreme heat brought on by "global warming" or the extreme policies of disgraceful, anti-American Democrats?

I lived in Dallas. 90 degree days are common in the summer. It is the number of 100 degree days that really torture you.

I lived there for 5 summers, too. It's hot, big whoop - it didn't stop me from 5 PM runs in July as part of my training. What was fascinating was the amazing indoor A/C which had one drinking hot chocolate when it was very hot outside! Great place and I recall the days when it was an almost 10-minute drive through fields to reach Allen from Plano.

Yesterday 10/01/2025 it was 65 - 67 in the daylight hours West of West Point !

At dusk Mary Anne came inside from the rear deck, "It's too chilly with no Sun !"

Electric throw for her to watch some shows, to be warm.

Extra blanket at night,

Conservationist Jane Goodall passed away at age 91. RIP

Be careful, these are NOT pets !

I recall a lady several years ago, that had a "pet" chimp eat most of her face off !

My Sister's first job at a Women's Sporting Clothing had a small monkey as a sales gimmick. She would water and feed the monkey ! Did for several years ! One day the monkey attacked her and almost bit her index finger off !

The Hand Surgeon reattached the finger, but it is no longer mobile.

I’m saying it happens more often, not everywhere. You said it doesn’t happen more often, but it does.

I’ve talked about population density plenty of times. It’s happening more often in areas with high populations of people.

If you are in rural Maine, you won’t see the same impact as people living in big cities in Texas or the west.

That’s why I’ve never talked about global warming. Our impact is felt in high density population areas, not felt nearly as much in low density areas.

Regardless, Dallas did not have a cooler than normal year, as predicted on here. Plenty hot, and lasting later in the year. Again, Dallas used to regularly have under 100 days of 90 degree weather. Those days are gone.
Never talked about the "Green Scam" !!!

Another post where you claim the superior intellect ! "He doeth protest too much !"

Doug, it's OK, let him go on ignore to keep a good thread active !

FYI; I just happened to see DJT stock and some info.

It was in the 17 teens.

But I noted a filing from them that had them UP 57 % in annual Revenue.
That was up 42 % over like competitors. (I have no idea who those co's would be.)

I still would not trade this company ! But I do own a share in the Green Bay Packers !

Again; "We don't deserve him !"

I take it you are not trained as you can't you tell that Trump is lying to you constantly!
