Cashless bail should have nothing to do with the release of violent criminals. The system is designed to hold violent criminals. The problem is with the individual judge not the system.
What a disaster. Very similar to the cost of education. Skyrocketed when the government guaranteed loans for everyone.
When they made insurance companies stop assessing risk, this was inevitable. Problem created by Dem leadership, and now the GOP gets the blame because they can’t fix it.
The subsidies started during covid in response to the economic crisis. They didn't exist before covid. What did her 60 year old couple pay before covid? Subsidies were supposed to be temporary.

There are electric running, PROGRAMABLE machines that you can program to cut your lawn.
They automatically cut the entire yard, if they need more power, they plug themselves into the base station, recharge, go out and finish.
They are expensive, but prorate with no lawn service charges ever !

Am I understanding Speaker Johnson correctly that this shutdown and the Dems’ counter isn’t just about the healthcare money getting to illegals? I have seen him shown twice today mentioning the Dems want to get rid of the part of the big beautiful bill that makes the middle class tax cuts permanent.
I doubt they cut nice lines and go back and forth diagonally and the next time cut the opposite way.

I hate to break it to you, but indeed cashless bail is a product of the leftist belief that prisons should not exist. Violent crime is just a construct. Cashless bail coincides with prosecutors who won’t prosecute crimes and of course judges are thus entitled to not hold violent criminals. You should consider studying what your new friends on the Left truly believe.
The law that makes it illegal pre-dates that to 1996 I think. Although they say what they think will work in a primary, they never changed the law.

Cashless bail is a product of the belief that poor nonviolent people should not languish in prison before trial just because they are poor. Cashless bail should keep violent people in prison before trial. I have witnessed the process in person and have seen violent criminals denied release.

Turns out he is someone who overstayed his student visa in 1999 and been living and gaining employment while rising to his current position in the Des Moines school district. We really do not have any idea who is in this country illegally. Fortunately for him, Maryland gave him a driver's license and registered him to vote as a Democrat.

Several States are now conducting traffic spot checks on Interstates using their State Police to check for compliance with DL and Vehicle laws.
The States I've seen are averaging OVER 100 various violations at every checkpoint !
The more frequent; Bogus CDL's & DL's, Unregistered motor vehicles, fictitious plates !
The majority of these violations cause the vehicles and trailers, if any, to be confiscated, till made legal.
As a side note; The US Southern Command (Southern Hemisphere) are estimating they have seized/interdicted or destroyed $ 11,000,000,000 + Billion worth of various drugs , this year !
