This is wild. The Dems haven’t reached the bottom yet, but they are close.
I am not criticizing Trump for not having a plan passed. However, Trump has no plan at all.If Trump has had 8 years to come up with an alternative, he wouldn’t be in office right now with more than 3 years left in this term. I think it’s hilarious that the entire 45 admin, establishment Republicans tried to stop almost every single policy he wanted, yet you think in that environment (let’s add in the first BS impeachment proceeding and the Russian hoax nonsense, as well) Trump was going to come up with some grand healthcare plan. Laughable. He has now been in office for less than a year and magically even though Congress isn’t even affirming his picks with any sense of urgency, we should have a better plan. Would you like Trump to wave a magic wand?
IT IS PRIVATE INSURANCE with a subsidy for the premiums for those qualified. That is all that Obamacare is. What is there to fail , private insurance?A lot of people in the insurance world spoke up against Obamacare. Said it would only make things more expensive, and it would be disastrous in the end. It was built to fail. They were shouted down repeatedly. Vindication. The damn is breaking, and there is no fix. Obama’s legacy.
I know McCain voted against a skinny repeal of ACA when he had cancer.Didn't the Republicans try to pass an alternative to obamacare and John McCain voted against it so it didn't pass? I'm guessing it wasn't that great since they haven't resurrected it.

It is insurance, private insurance and they assess risk. Medical costs are going up (as they have since the beginning of time) and that has nothing to do with Obamacare. My private insurance is going up another 9% next year and I am grateful it is not the 18% some are going up.It is not insurance if they can’t assess risk.
It’s clearly failing. Costs have done nothing but go up. This was predicted by many, including me.
This was intentional. The goal was always for insurance companies to fail and for the country to be pushed to universal healthcare funded by more taxes. Again, I told you this years ago.
Now, just as predicted, they want to blame insurance companies for the rising premiums, deductibles, etc.

False. But, you support the crapfest that was and is Obamacare. Passed with zero Republican votes.I am not criticizing Trump for not having a plan passed. However, Trump has no plan at all.
McCain lied to get reelected. He promised Arizona he would vote to repeal. The thin skinned pathetic loser screwed Arizona and the nation to “get” Trump. His legacy - a big time corrupt loser.I know McCain voted against a skinny repeal of ACA when he had cancer.
You prefer the insurance companies only insure the young and healthy with no prior conditions? That is good. What is your solution for all of the rest? Medicaid? You are incredibly simple minded. When Obamacare required insurance companies to insure the uninsurable, it was obvious the costs would be shifted to the insurable. Talk to an actuary, they will tell you this very obvious truth.
You think insurance companies were going to cover people like John McCain, without raising costs on everyone else? Use your brain a little bit.
I wish he was totally honest and never told a lie like Trump is.McCain lied to get reelected.

Oh OK, that is an option. It might be a better one than what we have.I think we should increase Medicare for the uninsurable. I have said that in the past.
If the government wants to cover the uninsurable, they should. They should not require insurance companies to raise costs on everyone to “insure” the uninsurable. Again, it’s not insurance if you know you are going to pay more in benefits than you will ever receive in premiums.
Who is “uninsurable”?One thing I would like the GOP to do....tell us how much it would cost to increase Medicare to cover the uninsurable. Would it require a 1% tax increase? I think people would be on board with that. If the # is much higher than that, I don't think people would support it. Lay out the costs for us.
Could they cover the uninsurable after making cuts to USAID and other organizations? Flip the script, force Democrats to make tough decisions. Do you want funding for ridiculous causes in other countries, or do you want to support uninsurable Americans?
Heck, if you're the Democrats, tell us how much you would have to increase taxes on billionaires to cover the uninsurable. Put the #s in front of the public and let us decide how to best handle it.
Even CNN knows Trump is living up to his promises.I wish he was totally honest and never told a lie like Trump is.![]()

You mean "The Affordable Care Act" was a lie? Huh, who knew? Oh, every Republican. The GOP has not campained on lowering costs and protecting the uninsurable. Obama did that. He was successful with one part of it - protecting the uninsurable. It was completely unsuccessful in lowering costs.
I understand why Obama wanted to do this. Again, successful in one aspect. But it led to increasing costs and it was entirely predictable.
I also told people years ago it would be almost impossible to replace. That turned out to be true.
I am curious who are the uninsurable that are not covered by Medicare?I think we should increase Medicare for the uninsurable. I have said that in the past.

ALL illegal immigrants with REMOVABLE RULINGS or SKIPPED their Immigration Rulings.Who is “uninsurable”?
How about all of them? No exceptions.ALL illegal immigrants with REMOVABLE RULINGS or SKIPPED their Immigration Rulings.
I'm not against that, just trying to get them the hell OUT of the USA, by any means !How about all of them? No exceptions.
I believe he means that those who would not normally be covered by Medicare and are deemed uninsurable would then be covered by Medicare.I am curious who are the uninsurable that are not covered by Medicare?
My son has Cerebral Palsy. He is qualified for medicare.I believe he means that those who would not normally be covered by Medicare and are deemed uninsurable would then be covered by Medicare.
The education system needs a break down to the skeleton and rebuilt without these “teachers” who clearly aren’t teaching.
Who is “uninsurable”?
