Story; I used to know a Stockbroker that was an avid skier all over the North East and Rockies ! He would ride the lifts alone (no matter who he came with) and during the ride up, would introduce himself and hand out his business cards. First home was new home under 100K. Improved/expanded same home spent 50 K. Sold first home 300 k. Paid off home loan.
Second home was 600 K, owner help paper 300 K. (First home our 20+ year RE Agent ever sold with mortgage !) Sold home 700 K.
Already happening with Mortgage rates dropping off a cliff !
