You literally bring me up months after my last post.

Seems like your kinda desperate for me to be here. I imagine circle jerks about Canadian ostriches get a little stale.

I also included nary a single economic take in my assessment, only recounting what public perception tells us (btw, things in my industry are terrible right now, but I think the actual economy is middling as it was under Biden).

It'll be awhile before I'm back, unless Trump invades Venezuela (and I'll weigh in to support him).
In your dreams Train, I just have pretty good recall of bad takes and if you think your bad takes will be forgotten, guess again.

And once again, this thread thrives with or without your current assessment of the situation.

I actually pity you as you can't stand Trump, you don't like communists, and the Republican party is worthless without MAGA.

As Best has detailed, you no longer agree with conservative "wins" that Trump has achieved. Your main concern is Maduro who Trump is treating like a terrorist / outlaw. Even a few day-old report that Maduro will accept all of Trump's demands if he is given an out.

Can't wait for your next post in 2026! Merry Christmas to you

Probably trying to make home ownership anything other than an impossible dream for young people. Remember when the average new home sale skyrocketed the last 4 years?

Need to focus on deporting 50M illegals and ending H1Bs. Rent and housing prices will both go down. Incomes will go up.

For some reason, Icky thinks people support every Trump proposal. Umm, no.

Ya, I will disagree with the @dtrain79 take about his limited powers. Remember when Joetato and WordSalad flew in illegals from foreign counties? Is that in their powers to use tax payer funds to invade the US?

NY is in for some serious problems.
This a lawyer in the MOST litigious years of our society that says he is struggling.

Who decides not to heed heartfelt advice to expand his area for drawing business or listen to what investment advice successful posters give out here for free !

Story; I used to know a Stockbroker that was an avid skier all over the North East and Rockies ! He would ride the lifts alone (no matter who he came with) and during the ride up, would introduce himself and hand out his business cards. He would write the ski trip off as a business expense to the IRS AND get some new clients as well !

50 year or 25/30 years what is the difference for middle/lower/upper class homeowners ?
If you buy and move and buy another home ?
First home was new home under 100K. Improved/expanded same home spent 50 K. Sold first home 300 k. Paid off home loan.
Second home was 600 K, owner help paper 300 K. (First home our 20+ year RE Agent ever sold with mortgage !) Sold home 700 K.
