“I vote for policy” = I’m lowering my moral standards
Get off your high horse about “moral standards”. We don’t vote for a pastor to be president. And your dems don’t even possess a shred of morality. You try to use our “moral standards“ against us, in true communist/marxist fashion. You are a good soldier for the revolution.

OT-Movie Box Office for 2025. Here are the top 5 films that had the largest box office this year. Two points: 1) Ne Zha 2 is a CGI Animation from China that is mystical, supernatural, lots of fighting. It was a big hit in China and runs away with #1 worldwide. 2) Zootopia 2 and Lilo and Stitch are Disney and are sequels of popular movies. Both are children/family movies, probably with some messaging. but it shows Disney movies can make a lot of money if they control themselves.

1Ne Zha 2$1,902,323,300$23,308,1761.2%$1,879,015,12498.8%
2Zootopia 2$1,139,489,075$260,594,38022.9%$878,894,69577.1%
3Lilo & Stitch$1,038,027,526$423,778,85540.8%$614,248,67159.2%
4A Minecraft Movie$958,149,195$423,949,19544.2%$534,200,00055.8%
5Jurassic World: Rebirth$868,913,961$339,640,40039.1%$529,273,56160.9%

Zootopia 2 was good, my kids enjoyed it. But it has a lot of social issue messaging, it was the entire plot.

I didn’t vote for any democrats.

My opinion about Trump is not the minority.

You can lie to yourself all you want but what I said is the truth. Claiming “I vote for policy,” is just another way of saying I’m lowering my standards. You’re good with that. I’m not.

Again, what’s wrong with making America great again? You sound like someone who doesn’t like our country.
Dont be disingenuous. I’m talking about the MAGA political movement not the phrase. You know that too, or maybe I’m giving you too much credit.

Claiming anyone that doesn’t fall in line with Trump/MAGA hates our country is really no different than the woke psychos on left calling everyone Nazi’s.

In a few years when MAGA is dead you’ll look back and realize how foolish you were.

@JeffT819 returned to post what?

Like his sick buddy Icky, he certainly won’t post that inflation is great thanks to Donald J. Trump.

8 months post liberation day and the experts still can’t get it right. Another fantastic report minutes ago! Bend over for that Icky!

So you’d rather vote for a priest who opens the borders and releases criminals back in to society over someone with a few warts (like we all have) who attempts to right the ship and get the country back on the right path? You are indeed holier than thou. We shall construct an altar in the name of the great ICKY

What about the movement do you not agree with? And it’s not about “falling in line” with Trump. We don’t give a damn who it is- as long as they want to make American great again. I’ve explained what the movement is all about- I can’t help if you forgot.

I didn’t vote for anyone with open border policy. Quite the opposite.

Outside of Rill, none of you are here for debate or discussion. You’re here to role play. You invent a version of me to argue with, toss in a couple of weak insults, and chase a dopamine hit from your three “likes.” Then you wonder why no one respects or engages with you and call them out repeatedly too. Pathetic.

I’ve made my positions quite clear. I’m not going to type out everything for you. Bending over for a foreign country when there’s problems to be solved here is at the top. Bending over for donors and corporations is up there too. Maybe stop gaslighting me about how expensive everything is and actually do something would help too.

I’ve enjoyed the border policy and ending the trans nonsense. Everything else has been nothing but empty promises.

That stinks for the workers/entrepreneurs in those areas. I know Manitou Springs is a bit of a tourist trap, but I had a nice visit there a few years back. It was a side show to visiting Colorado Springs.
We are up in Napa this week. The place is empty and very cold. There are large piles of vines that have been ripped out everywhere. The wine business here is in trouble. The cost of doing business here is being passed on to the consumer and it is not going well.

First of all, your TDS renders you incapable of honest, unbiased discussion so we can just end that nonsense right here.
Secondly, you have a lot of audacity telling me what I wonder about and saying that nobody respects or engages with me- talk about weak insults. You have the emotional intelligence of a child and your sad, weak insults just highlight that.
You hate Trump so he can do no good. You believe the propaganda from the left and stay mired in lies and manipulation. Trump is doing the single best thing for this country- mass deporting illegals- and all you do is pick nonsense to complain about (his post about Reiner). Grow up kiddo.

Imagine caring so much about what others think that you have to call them out multiple times daily.

You want me to bend over for inflation rates? What is that even supposed to mean? So lame.

Inflation was at 3% when Trump took office. It was at 2.3% on Liberation Day. Now it’s at 2.7%. Not seeing the big win you are.

Deporting illegals is the best and fastest way to affordable prices…. on EVERYTHING

You’ve just proven my point. You didn’t address a single argument. It’s just a pile of ad hominem attacks and a straw man you made up. You’re role-playing an argument with someone who doesn’t exist.

How many more “Jurassic World’s” are going to be made? On a related note, my girls and I thoroughly enjoyed Tron: Ares. The soundtrack was done by NIN. It was excellent. My only complaint would be that the music was non-stop in the movie. Scenes need to breath. That isn’t a NIN issue. That was the only complaint we had about that movie.

I hope they keep making the Jurassic World movies. Loved the original when I was a kid, and now I enjoy watching all the JW movies with my son.

There was no point proven but keep telling yourself that. I addressed my contempt at you for assuming what I wonder about and that nobody respects or engages with me. Am I not allowed to comment on your weak insults?
If you don’t think prices will fall and “affordability” happens more quickly by the removal of illegal, non-citizens, then you should conduct some research on the subject. Millions of people on the government dime (our tax dollars) for medical, housing and food is KILLING “affordability” in this country. Not to mention the damage done by the Covid stimmies.

No wonder Jeff popped up and hid immediately.

Icky wanted more of sleepy Joe, but instead inflation is 1.6 percent for the last quarter. Yet, he spouts about affordability and trashes the man who is fixing it! A total deranged loser

You didn’t prove a point, you changed the subject.

Calling out your behavior isn’t an “insult,” and it doesn’t obligate me to defend claims I never made. You’re still arguing with a position you invented.

The reality is economists aren’t worth listening to, because they don’t understand anything other than their own biased anti-American model etched in their brain.

End of the day losers like you were willing to take Kamala over Trump. A vote for anyone but Trump in the November 2024 was a vote for Kamala.

In 2016, I voted for McCain's opponent in the Arizona primary. Come the general election, I voted for McCain despite not liking the guy. If a Democrat got in, the Democrat votes to keep Obamacare, too. Sucks, but at least McCain voted for judges.

I could pretend to be morally superior like you and never vote for McCain, but pragmatism won the day.

I would never expect an immature baby like you (your screen names after Ickrame83 are in your mind 'insults' to fellow board members - yet you cry to the mod about being insulted!) to understand pragmatism. In 2024, the choice was Trump or more of sleepy Joe. You chose more of Sleepy Joe's policies and no one gives a rat's *** if you voted for RDS in the primary! He lost. What do you do next? You tucked tail and cried in a corner.
