Indiana has agreed to a contract extension with Curt Cignetti amid the Hoosiers' unprecedented 10-0 start, the school announced Saturday.

Cignetti's new eight-year contract runs through the 2032 season and will pay him an average of $8 million per year with an annual $1 million retention bonus, putting the total value of the new contract at $72 million.

Another WVU guy coaching elsewhere for millions. Oh well scratch his name off the list.

According to some on this board, we couldn’t possibly compete with Indiana football with that money commitment. We’re operating on a soup kitchen budget.

When a school like Indiana can pay their coach double what WVU pays their coach, you know you're screwed.
It’s not that, it’s the lack of commitment from WVU. I guess we’ve decided to become a basketball school and Indiana chose to become a football school. Odd.

We went woke and got broke. It starts with Gordon Gee and his assistant, Ryan Asslop, who is a program and school killer. These feckless wimps have got to go. Ryan should get back into Democrat politics and stay there with the rest of the losers. He doesnt belong anywhere near WVU. These are the guys that love Brown and they love him because he's a woke wimpy loser like them. They love him because he marched for BLM. He's all inclusive. He takes a socialist approach to his coaching which is why we don't have standout players anymore. His style won't allow for it. When you make the backup punter team captain because of inclusivity, you don't belong anywhere near a football team. This is Neil Brown football. It fits Gordon gee to a T and that's why he has been here 3 years longer than he should have.

Make WVU Football Great Again
