Unless that thing is structured like Revis's deal with zero to very little money guaranteed, that is insanity. There may be 5 QBs in the league that are worth tying that much money up with one player, and Cutler just ain't one of them. Flacco wasn't either, and the Ravens are about to find that out the hard way over the next few years when they can't afford to keep a lot of their other young talent.
