I officially protest this title...as I don't recognize the play in games as "first round" games.

With that out of the way...

Gocats...this is a stab in the dark but the answer which you seek may very well be "Don't Wanna Fight No More" by the Alabama Shakes. It's off their new album to be released next month. I just heard it for the first time a couple of days ago and then again this morning.

Funky baseline...check.
Chick singer (she sounds a little different on this tune too)...check
Cool tune...check.

Might not be it...but run it through the Google machine.

KS,,,I gotta do a rain check on hooters this week..Forgot DIL is having surgery tomorrow and I am gonna be tethered with grand kids...

KS, it looks like we do not have to choose the winners of the play-in games. You can select teams right up until the first round games begin.


I don't know why you would bother though. I'm going to win the damn thing anyway....

Maybe it's because I've been so UK-centric this season, but my picks so far are especially chalk-y.

It's hilarious that UL has to go all the way to Seattle to play their 'East' region game. I say they'll make it back East, though.

Trying to get my girlfriend excited about basketball, got her doing a few brackets, so far she is having a blast with it.

I plan on losing every game on here.

-Hate seeing ND in our bracket. I think they are a killer team playing great ball, Brey is underrated as they get. They could potentially be a big problem. But our guys have shown up every game.

-KU is a dream 2 seed as is Maryland at the 4. Witchita State is a little scary, but dont think we see them. Buff could be the seed that gets to the sweet 16? Havent filled out a bracket yet, and not sure who my cinderella is.

-Were playing great ball, but after 2010, who knows? I think we meet up with Arizona, play a tough one, and face Duke in the finals. Dont like it one bit.

No problem. In fact, postponing get-togethers is par for the course here in the D-League. It has become the norm.
actually looks like I wouldn't have been able to make it either now. We will try it some other time.

I will pray for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery for your DIL.

Love the bracket. Have UK, wiscy, Duke and Northern Iowa final 4. UK over Duke final. I don't know why I have all the top teams advancing, I know a few will lose early. Probably Duke/Nova/Zaga. One of those or more.

Good idea on that one, she loves scratch off tickets so I told her there are thousands of free scratch off tickets in the form of bracket prizes out there and that has got her feeling it.

I think UofL has a sneakily easy road to the FF...or at least to the Elite Eight. They need some guys to step up on offense...but their bracket provides some potential good match-ups for them.

Feels like basketball overload right now. Did my bracket this morning. UK, Zona, Duke, & someone else in the F4. Notre Dame concerns me, but I've only watched them once this year. I think I still have bad memories of them beating the 2013 team.

I was going to really research my bracket this year, use all the different rating systems, look at where the games are being played, etc... But in the end I just said F.. it and picked some teams. My upset pick is Texas. I picked the Longhorns to win their first round game. Probably a terrible pick due to Rick Barns.

Gonna try out an avatar. I think I finally got it to work, just not sure what I want to use.

Texas is the one I am struggling with too. They either lose first game, or make it to the elite 8. Just not sure.

Headed to Final 4 (crossing fingers), but really thinking of going thurs/sat. Not sure. Ugh... I went to the games in 2012 here. Dang it.
